Atisha Sharma is the founder of TISH, a wellness space built on the belief that true health is a balance of body, mind, and spirit. A Clinical Nutritionist, Diabetes Educator, and Certified Yoga Teacher (300-hour YTT), she blends scientific knowledge with holistic wisdom to create transformations that are both practical and lasting.
Her approach goes beyond plans and protocols — your call is valued, your message is respected, and your needs are understood with empathy. She believes in providing timely, personalised guidance, regular follow-ups, and clear support, so that every individual feels seen and cared for throughout their journey.
